An office project has been implemented for one of the largest companies in the field of FMCG. For strategic development, the company decided to merge the Mars, Wrigley, ROYAL CANIN businesses into one office. Design and zoning of office space was created in accordance with the corporate style of the company, with an emphasis on creating maximum workplace comfort, office convenience with an open-space system. Brands work independently of each other, and the main task in creating a common office space was both a combination of brands and a visual presentation of the five principles of Mars, which underlie the culture and approach to doing business: Quality, Responsibility, Mutuality, Efficiency and Freedom. As a result, despite the apparent visual openness of the office, all independently working departments of the company are unobtrusively separated from each other, which allows employees to retain the ability to work in teams that do not interfere with each other. In the layout, the monotony of open-space and coffee point is not observed, unobtrusive color solutions correspond to the general corporate style. And obvious color differences are observed only in the meeting rooms, which correspond to the main brands of the company. You can see the photo of the completed project here
