Repair of office and commercial premises is a complex multi-level production process consisting of several stages. The most important of these are interior-finishing works, which include a range of construction works, with preparation for each:

preparatory work: dismantling, preparation, installation of partitions, flooring;
stone work: construction of interior partitions of brick, foam concrete blocks, tongue-and-groove blocks, gypsum blocks, etc.;
plastering: walls and ceiling plastering, window and door jambs plastering, with preset of a grid and processing of walls with concrete bonding agent or other material, furring, installation of angles, followed by specialized primers of deep penetration;
painting work: filling and dubbing of walls and ceiling, using various types of masking mesh or glass cloth.

Associated works include a huge spectrum of preparatory and specialized works, such as installation of internal partitions of metal frame with plasterboard lining, heat insulation and sound insulation. The same works can be performed in installation of ceilings or multi-level ceiling with ceiling with mounted decorative items. They also include a variety of ready-made framework ceilings with decorative plates for various purposes.
