2. Development and implementation of a budget allocation system for the construction, according to the approved estimates.

5. Timely and adequate provision of construction with both finance and resources, technological and professional.

6. The performance of certain construction and installation works (without attracting additional labor).

7. Competitive selection of subcontractors and suppliers of consumables.

8. Creation, coordination and monitoring of compliance with the schedule of all work.

9. Ensuring that all production technologies are respected.

10. Monitoring compliance with safety and fire safety, labor protection rules, environmental conditions during work.

11. Supervision of exact adherence to all clauses of the contract and subcontract; accurate and consistent execution of all obligations undertaken.

12. Installation supervision and commissioning of any complexity.

13. Acceptance and examination of the finished work.

14. Delivery of the finished object (with registration and approval of all necessary documentation).
