Our company, performing a variety of design work, widely uses raised floors for interior decoration.
High-quality modern repair and decoration of office, retail, and warehouse premises require the use of modern methods, materials and technologies. Every year, communication systems in non-residential buildings to maintain the operation of all kinds of equipment are becoming more complicated, and that is why design work for the reconstruction and renovation of old buildings is of increased complexity.
The system we use is not only very convenient, but also universal: the raised floor allows you to hide a huge amount of communications, and, at the same time, retains the possibility of unhindered access to them. Decorating the premises with such elements allows you to achieve a high level of quality, both in terms of aesthetic properties and functionality.
Repair and decoration of premises is carried out using certified products of HUIJIA Access Floor Factory Corporation (Haji). This company is a leading manufacturer of high quality refractory, moisture resistant steel raised floor systems for all types of rooms. This unique system has high performance. In office premises, at the initial stage of construction work, slabs are installed without a topcoat. This is due to the fact that repair, wall decoration and installation of partitions can expose the floor to moisture and mechanical damage.
During operation, steel plates are resistant to any external influences. Thanks to the system of screw fastening of plates to supports, the steel raised floor can be repeatedly dismantled for new design work and for the installation of additional underground utilities. At the same time, any new repairs, redevelopment and decoration of premises exclude the consequences of unskilled dismantling (instability of slabs, elevation changes, extraneous noise).
In office and public buildings, a modular carpet is used as a topcoat. Tiles of a modular carpet are laid on the raised floor surface, pre-treated with a fixative. The latch reliably protects the carpet tile from unwanted horizontal displacements, while simultaneously allowing individual segments of the floor system to be easily and quickly dismantled for easy access to the engineering space under the raised floor, or if new repairs and decoration are needed.
Finishing of premises for technical and auxiliary purposes is carried out with steel plates with a finish antistatic PVC or laminate coating. The design is reinforced with steel stringers, due to which its load characteristics increase. The plates have an additional static electricity removal circuit due to the built-in conductive edge framing the panel around the entire perimeter. Ventilation grilles or perforated raised floor panels can also be installed on the raised floor surface. A flexible baseboard is laid around the perimeter of the room, allowing you to freely remove panels anywhere. A distinctive design feature of the steel raised floor system is the Panel-Lock mounting system.
In this design, the plate is attached directly to the support, which ensures maximum stability and reliability. This means that in any use, with a high load, strength and durability are ensured. The likelihood of folding backlash and structural elements is virtually eliminated, while maintaining convenient access to the underground space. This constructive method literally creates a feeling of reliability underfoot. During the installation of raised floors, the plates are fastened with 4 screws to the support heads so that the entire system is assembled into one stable unit. The unique qualities of the steel raised floor system allow avoiding damage to the panels associated with the effects of water and atmospheric moisture (deformation, swelling of the panels are excluded). In the event of a fire in the premises, steel raised floors do not ignite and do not emit smoke.
The steel raised floor system has a high bearing capacity: in the design with the FS 2000 panel, the loads are: spot - 8 KN, distributed - 50 KN! When installed in server and other technical rooms, steel raised floors form an additional shielding system.
